Ingredients to use:

0.25				Lime juice
0.75				Rum
1.5				Applejack
0.25				Orgeat Syrup

Directions:

Pour all ingredients into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Garnish with a Lime Slice and serve.
