1				Lemon
1				Sherry
1.5				Vodka

Directions:

Pour the sherry into a snifter. Swirl it around the glass and pour out the excess. Stir the vodka in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Strain into the snifter. Garnish with the lemon twist.
