With all due respect..
.. please don't call things "key lime" if they don't involve key lime juice or at least key lime flavor. Lime is not the same as key lime. I recently saw Parrot Bay has a key lime rum, but I haven't tried it. I can vouch for Keke Key Lime Liqueur, though.. but that's not necessarily what you're going for with this recipe.
