what makes this a Southern Oregon drink?
I grew up in Southern Oregon and I'm not sure what makes this deserve the name. No oranges in Southern Oregon. Pine trees, yes. Pears, yes. Sheep, you bet. Maybe if you add a touch of Clear Creek Pear Brandy as a nod to Harry and David's massive pear orchards, or a dollop of pine needle sorbet in the Tequila to bring out the piney, resiny nature of the Tequila. But OJ and Ta-kill-ya ain't nothin' about Southern Oregon.
