Ingredients to use:

4	oz		Bourbon
0.5	tsp	(Shaved)	Cinnamon
1	oz	(Optional)	Grand Marnier
3	scoops		Ice Cream

Directions:

Place bourbon, ice cream, grated cinnamon into blender and blend at low to medium speed until you have even consitency. (Optional): Add Grand Marnier after first miixing, and shock with blender. Top with fresh mint leaves, and/or orange peel. Serve in large cocktail glass.

Makes 3-4 servings.
