Percy Cocktail
I am not saying the recipe is incorrect but I have always been told it is 50% Whiskey and 50% Cherry Brandy. It is supposed to have originated in Northumberland as a traditional Pre-Hunt Stirrup Cup and is still found at hunts around the country.
