750	ml		Scotch
375	ml		Water
1	can	Frozen Ice Tea Concentrate	Iced tea

Directions:

The basic Idea here is you get the can of frozen Ice tea Concentrate(you know the kind that says add three cans water) and then you add ONE can water and two cans Scotch whiskey(the cheaper the better. Enjoy.
