Ingredients to use:

5	oz	Milk
1	pinch	Nutmeg
3	oz	Salt

Directions:

Ground the salt and nutmeg in a blender until very fine. Pour into glass of milk, and stir for 3 minutes. Consume very fast, and the side effects from this drink are better than alcohol.
