Not Quite the Same
The difference between the Canadian Vodka Paralyzer and the American Colorado Bulldog is the paralyzer is topped with milk while the bulldog is topped with cream. Often the bulldog is mixed with the cola last, while a paralyzer is always finished off with milk.

When I was younger we used to go to Paralyzer Thursdays at the T-Bird Pub in Port Hardy BC, same recipe but with a splash of Galliano to finish.
