Blue Pompey drink recipe

Drop a few ice cubes in a Highball or Pilsner glass. Add measure of Blue curacao and measure of Smirnoff Raspberry Twist vodka. Stir briefly and then fill glass to the top with sparkling fruit-flavoured water. (President's Choice Free & Clear sparkling water in Berries of the woods flavour works best. I hope countries outside of Canada have a similar drink. In an emergency, a light carbonated lemonade would work fine.) Garnish with a strawberry or two. This cocktail tastes light and fruity but is quite potent, yet easy on the stomach for those who find most cocktails too acidic. Serve during half-time while watching the next Portsmouth match. A destined classic.
