Use a Add the Kahlua first, its best not to measure these are just approximations. Then add just a bit of Banana Liqueur (again try not to measure, that's half the fun) then add your Bailey's(irish cream). The result is a drink that resembles brown water with black toxic looking swirls in it. If you don't drink quick enough the booze reacts and you get a gelatin like drink. Hence the name. To make 'dirty mexican water' add tequila in any proportion.
