Earlier, different drink
I learned this version of a Tootsie Roll from a barkeep in Charleston in 1972. 1 part DeKuyper's Creme de Cacao 1 part Sweet Brandy 1 part Harvey's Bristol Creme 4 parts Half & Half add to shaved ice & mix in mixer pour and shave dark chocolate on top. It was a $3.50 drink in 1972. And it tastes just like a real tootsie roll (with a kick, of course.) Cheers!
