1.0 tbsp Creme de Menthe
1.0 Cup Ice
1.0 Cup Milk

| Directions: |
Blend Milk, Chocolate Syrup, Creme de Menthe, and Ice in blender untill nice and smooth. Pour into glass and top with Whip cream and chocolate syrup on top of whip cream. |
