3.0 tbsp.  Chocolate Syrup
2.5 Cups melted Ice Cream
4.0 oz. OVAL Vodka

Fill bottom of tall glass with about an inch of pure cane rock candy (optional). Pour melted ice cream into glass. Mix in chocolate syrup and vodka. Garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh mint |
