2				Brandy
4				Coffee
2				Cream
1				Sugar

Directions:

Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the brandy and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
