Ingredients to use:

3				Chocolate Syrup
4				Ice
7				Ice Cream
1				Irish Cream
2				Milk

Directions:

Mix the ice cream, the ice cubes, the milk, and the Cool Whip in a blender until it's smooth. Then mix the chocolate syrup in and then add the Bailey's Irish Cream. Pour and serve while it's chilled. If so desired, garnish with melted Hershey's bars.
