Take peppermints and chocolate pieces, place in blender and blend into fine grained or dusty texture. Add 1 cup milk and one cup Rum. Blend for 1 minute or until the mix is of a liquid consistency. Place 1/6 cup of Chocolate syrup into mixture and blend for another minute. Finally add three scoops of ice cream (1 chocolate, 2 vanilla) blend for two minutes two ensure all ingredients are fully mixed into each other and serve in highball glasses. Great for parties and evening get-togethers whenever the weather gets balmy. |
