| Directions: | Fill tall glass 3/4 with ice. Add 2 (or more) shots of coffee liqueur. Add enough cream or half 'n' half to fill glass 2/3 (or so) full. Add cola (Pepsi is best) to finish the glass. Stir very well. If mixture curdles, you may add more cream and this usually keeps it smooth.
My childhood neighbors called this drink a "root beer" but it tastes nothing like root beer.
