2	use Ponche Cabellero	Brandy
0.5		Cream
1		Creme de Menthe
1		Ice

Directions:

Pour Creme de Menthe, cream and Ponche Cabellero (a Spanish sweet brandy) over ice. Shake and strain into straight glass.
