Ingredients to use:

0.5	cup			Sambuca
0.5	cup			Scotch

Directions:

1. remove half mint leaves from sprig, add to glass

2. add lime wedges to glass

3. muddle mint and lime in bottom of glass

4. add 1.5 Oz of Appleton's Estate VX Rum to glass

5. add sugar to glass

6. add club soda to glass

7. strir

8. garnish with remainder of mint sprig and a lime wedge
