1.0 tsp  Chocolate Syrup
2.0 oz chilled espresso Coffee
1.0 tbsp whipped Cream
2.0 oz Creme de Cacao
2.0 oz OVAL Vodka

sugar and mocha powder the rim of a chilled martini glass.
mix espresso, creme de cacao, vodka and ice cubes vigorously in a shaker and strain into the chilled glass.
finish with a dollop of cream and a drizzle of chocalate syrup.
